SharkBite Boot Camp sessions run year round, for a length of 5 weeks, with the recommendation of attending camp 2 times per week.  Yes, that is PROVEN results by attending class just 2 times per week (for all you folks claiming you have NO time)! Each new member is required to attend a FREE pre-camp assessment and foundation building class  to learn fundamental skills while also teaching our instructors important information about your needs. Choose a combination of classes that fits your schedule and the location that works best for you. 


South Burlington

Outdoor Location (May-Nov.): Farrell Park (Swift St., across from Klingers)

Indoor Location (Nov.-April): Faith United Methodist Church (Dorset St.)




Essex Junction
Location (year round): 16B Morse Drive



Directions:
South Burlington: Faith United Methodist Church
From Williston Road, turn down Dorset Street.  Proceed 1.5 miles past South Burlington high school on the left side, cross Kennedy Drive and proceed straight under I89 and up the hill.  Faith United is at the top of that hill on the right side.

Essex Junction( 16B Morse Drive)
From Route 15, turn onto Susie Wilson Road, turn left onto Kellogg Road. At the first traffic light, take a left onto Morse Drive.  16B is through the end culdesac on the right.

SHARKBITE CORE  CAMP
South Burlington, Tuesday, 5:30PM
SharkBite Core Conditioning is designed to teach you the proper way to strengthen your core.  The core is compromised of many muscles of the torso which act on the spine to create movement in all planes of motion.  The core muscles have a close relationship with the pelvis and shoulder girdle.  With these relationships in mind, you should immediately see how proper core training and development becomes critical to your overall exercise program. It should also be apparent how improper core training can create improper postural distortions and subsequent pain caused by imbalance.
